Shipping Policy

Delivery charges. Furniture anywhere in Gauteng: R1 350 per order — one charge per order, not per item. Furniture outside Gauteng: quoted per job through a third-party carrier and confirmed in writing before the order is placed. Decor: R130 per item, countrywide.

Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. We deliver across the border to Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. Prices and quotes are in South African Rand, cross-border delivery is quoted per job and confirmed in writing before the order is placed, and the delivery time is stated on the quote. Any import duty, local tax or clearing charge raised in the destination country is for the buyer's account. Customers are also welcome to collect from our Fourways factory.

Delivery times may vary between 7 to 10 days.

You may return most new, unopened items within 1 day of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If the shipping carrier attempts to deliver a visibly damaged or torn package please refuse it.
